Soaked in Tradition, a cinematic journey, explores diverse bathing and cleansing rituals around the world, highlighting their impact on well-being and community.

We aim to inspire individuals to embrace renewal, connect with nature, and experience the transformative power of timeless traditions.

GREGORY MACDONALD

HOST AND EXECUTIVE PRODUCER

Gregory Macdonald founded the cult-favorite bath brand Bathorium in 2014 after a trip to Italy left him in awe of how simple, clean and quality raw ingredients used in the tub can have a profound difference for the bather. This decadent experience led him to create a line of bath soak products that have revolutionized the bathing ritual for millions of bathers and has become a staple brand for many in their evening routines.

Now, Greg is setting out across the globe to discover the diverse bathing traditions and cleaning rituals to learn how we are all connected through water. From the mineral onsens of Japan, Balinese flower baths to Turkish Hammams and Nordic plunges and more- Greg is ready to learn these generational bath practices firsthand. Come along and submerge into the world of bath rituals as we get soaked, in tradition.
